Rev. Dr. Edna Bullock
Rev. Dr. Edna Bullock is an Ordained Minister of Love Faithfully Ministries in Leland, NC.
Chaplain Bullock was born in Wendell, NC to the late Clyde ONeal Sr. and to Amy V. ONeal. She is the fifth child of eleven. At the age of eight, she gave her life to Christ and knew there was a call on her life to preach the gospel. Growing up in a society that made a difference in the color of your skin, Chaplain Bullock wanted to be a part of a generation that will reconcile the races, and be a bridge to unite the people of God together as one in Him. Chaplain Bullock is married to Roy Bullock and in that union two children were born, Celeste Spencer and Lawrence Bullock. She has four grand girls whom she loves dearly. After working thirty five years in the Corporate World with Corning Electronics/AVX Corporations as a Planning LECO/Production Technical Support & Administrative Assistant; Chaplain Bullock realized it was time to pursue her dream and passion in becoming a Chaplain.
Chaplain Bullock is a Board Certified Christian Counselor with the International Board of Christian Counselors and the American Association of Christian Counselors. Chaplain Bullock completed four units of CPE training including a Resident, at WakeMed Health & Hospital, Raleigh, NC. Chaplain Bullock did her Internship at the Urban Ministry Open Door Clinic, Raleigh, NC as a Chaplain/Counselor, also at the Helen Wright Shelter for Women, Raleigh, NC. There, Chaplain Bullock provided pastoral care to all the residents, and counseled those that suffered with drug addictions, alcohol abuse, victims of domestic violence, women transitioning from prison, mental institution, unemployed, and the homeless.
Chaplain Bullock has a heart for the hurting and the lost; she is an encourager and a motivational speaker. With the compassion in her heart, Chaplain Bullock was inspired to start two support groups in 1993 with the women of unsaved husbands, and with the teens that were experiencing some difficulty in their relationships with their parents in her Church at, Higher Call Christian Center. From each group, many received the support they needed to function in their homes as a wife, a mother, a daughter and a son. Chaplain Bullock believes that every one has the potential to be successful and great, for she states continually, We all were created for a purpose! She believes if you apply the word of God to every issue or problem you are experiencing in life, His word can and will heal your land.
